摘  要:本试验旨在研究25-羟基维生素D_3(25-OH-D_3)单独添加及其与植酸酶同时添加对肉仔鸡胫骨发育及血清、肝脏生化指标的影响。试验分4个试验组,每组4个重复,每个重复0~21日龄10只,22~42日龄8只。处理1饲喂维生素D_3含量为2 760IU/kg的基础日粮,处理2饲粮中添加25-OH-D_369μg/kg,处理3在日粮中添加2 760IU/kg维生素D_3和750IU/kg植酸酶,处理4日粮中添加25-OH-D_369μg/kg和750IU/kg植酸酶,进行6周饲养试验后屠宰,测定胫骨发育及血清、肝脏生化指标。试验结果表明:25-OH-D_3和植酸酶对肉仔鸡血清和肝脏生化指标影响明显,两者有协同效应和相加效应;在饲粮中添加25-OH-D_369μg/kg有利于肉仔鸡胫骨的发育;在钙、磷各降低0.1个百分点后,添加25-OH-D_369μg/kg和750IU/kg植酸酶对肉仔鸡骨骼发育有双重作用,能提高灰分含量,但钙、磷含量有所降低。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of 25-OH-D3 and interaction between 25-OH-D3 and phytase on tibia development, biochemical indices in serum and liver of Avian broilers. The experiment was divided into four test groups, four repeats of each group, and each replicate was 10 broilers in 0 to 3 weeks of age and 8 broilers in 4 to 6 weeks of age. Treatment 1 fed basal diet with the vitamin D3 2 760 IU/kg. Treatment 2 added to 25-OH-D3 69μg/kg in diet. Treatment 3 contained vitamin D3 2 760 IU/kg and 750 IU/kg phytase. Treatment 4 added 25-OH-Da 69 μg/kg and phytase 750 IU/ kg. A slaughter trial was performed after feeding 6 weeks. Determination of the tibia development and biochemical indicators in serum and liver. The result showed that the 25-OH-D3 and phytase had obvious impact on serum and liver's biochemistry, both of them had synergistic and additive effects. It was beneficial to the development of the tibia in broiler when the dietary contained 25-OH-D3 69μg/kg. It has the dual roles which diet contained 69 μg/kg 25-OH-D3 and 750 IU/kg phytase on the devel- opment of broiler's bone when calcium and phosphorus were decreased 0.1%. On the one hand, it can improve the ash content, and on the other hand, the content of calcium and phosphorus were decreased.
