猪蓝耳病的诊断和防治

摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)引发的高急性、高度接触性、高致死传染性疾病,也被称为猪蓝耳病。临床上表现为发烧、咳嗽、耳朵发紫、呼吸困难等症状,会导致母猪繁殖性障碍、流产、死胎,仔猪呼吸系统疾病,生产实践中死亡率极高。目前尚无有效的特异性药物能对其治疗,本文从蓝耳病的发病原因、传播途径、临床症状、病理变化、实验室诊断、综合防治措施进行阐述,以期能为蓝耳病的诊断和防治提供帮助。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） are caused by the high acute porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, highly contagious, high mortality infectious disease. Clinical manifestations of fever, cough, purple ears,breathing difficulties and other symptoms, which can lead to a very high reproductive disorders, miscarriages, stillbirths, piglets respiratory diseases, production practices mortality. There is no effective specific drug to treat it at present. From the etiology of PRRS, route of transmission, clinical symptoms, pathological changes, laboratory diagnosis, comprehensive prevention and control measures set forth,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention of PRRS.
