基于Lewin行为模型的农地整理项目农民管护行为研究

摘　　要：农民的管护行为是提升农地整理效率和管护绩效的重要途径。以Lewin行为模型和Scott制度环境理论为基础,采用Logistic回归模型,通过对河南省邓州市和湖北省团风县的农地整理项目管护情况进行问卷调查,分析农地整理项目管护制度下农民实施管护行为的影响因素,试图从心理学角度揭示管护制度环境对农民参与行为的影响机理。研究显示:规制性要素中的外部监督与规范性要素中的农业生产、村庄治理和被村民孤立对农民管护行为影响显著;文化—认知性要素不显著。研究表明,农民的管护行为较多受外部环境的影响。建议增强外部监督的制度建设,强化相关组织机构的监督职能;重视并合理运用社会舆论的引导作用,营造积极的管护舆论氛围;充分发挥农村精英分子的影响力。Fme＇ ehvio w ignifin wy o impove he effiieny of ul lnd onolidion nd he pefomne of upeviion nd minenne.
