摘  要:在电力市场环境下,为无功制定一个合适的价格有利于调动供应商的积极性。在考虑将含双馈电机风电场作为连续无功源参与电力系统无功优化的基础上,分析了同步发电机和双馈电机风电场的无功计价模型,建立了以有功网损和无功购买费用最小为目标函数,包含各种运行约束条件的含双馈电机风电场的电力系统无功优化模型,并采用改进粒子群优化算法进行求解。以IEEE-30节点系统为例进行了仿真计算,结果表明所采用的无功优化模型和算法的正确性、适用性和较好的经济性。In electricity market, it is helpful to give reactive power a right price to stimulate enthusiasm of suppliers. In this paper, doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG) wind farm is regarded as a continuous reactive power source to participate in power system reactive power optimization. On this basis, reactive power pricing models of synchronous generator and DFIG wind farm are analyzed. Then a power system reactive power optimization model including DFIG wind farm is built up, where economic losses, including active power loss and reactive power cost, are brought into objective function and various operation constraints are contained. Improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to solve this optimization problem. Simulation is conducted with IEEE 30-bus system and the results validate correctness, adaptability and better economy of the proposed reactive power optimization model and algorithm.
