摘　　要：目的:了解临床使用热毒宁注射液发生药品不良反应(ADR)的可疑影响因素,为指导临床安全、合理用药提供科学依据。方法:通过检索维普、中国期刊全文数据库及万方数据库2005年1月-2015年6月热毒宁注射液所致ADR的病例报道,采用多因素Logistic回归分析方法,对患者使用热毒宁注射液的临床特点及影响热毒宁注射液的ADR相关因素进行研究。结果:检索到176例病例。热毒宁注射液ADR累及器官/系统主要为皮肤及其附件损害(42.61%),其次为全身性ADR(24.43%)、消化系统ADR(13.64%)等。热毒宁注射液ADR的主要影响因素包括患者性别、年龄、过敏史、既往患病史、合并用药、剂量、静脉滴注速度等。结论:热毒宁注射液的ADR可能与患者的年龄、过敏史、静脉滴注速度、合并用药等有关,医护人员应仔细询问患者既往过敏史和用药史,辨证论治、合理用药,加强用药监护,增强预防意识,以减少ADR的发生。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the suspected influential factors of ADR induced by Reduning injection, and to provide scientific evidence for safe and rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS： ADR reports induced by Reduning injection during Jan. 2005-Jun. 2015 were retrieved from VIP, CJFD and Wangfang database. Logistic regression multiple factor analysis was used to study clinical characteristics of Reduning injection and influential factors of ADR induced by Reduning injection. RESULTS： 176 cases were selected. Main ADR induced by Reduning injection was lesion of skin and its appendents （42.61%）, followed by systemic ADR （24.43%）, digestive system ADR （13.64%）, etc. The main influential factors were gender, age, allergy history, past medical history, drug combination, dose and intravenous drip rate, etc. CONCLUSIONS： ADR induced by Reduning injection may be related to age, allergy history, intravenous drip rate, drug combination, etc. Medical staff should carefully inquiry previous history of allergy and medication, implement individualized treatment dialectically, strengthen medication monitoring, enhance the awareness of prevention to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
