摘　　要：目的探讨Delphi法构建社区医务人员干预成人超重和肥胖的知识及态度问卷的方法。方法在文献回顾和质性访谈的基础上确定条目池,采用Delphi法对15名专家进行两轮专家函询。结果两轮专家函询表的有效回收率分别为93.3%和86.7%,专家的权威程度指数为0.83,协调系数分别为0.440和0.189,各条目的变异系数为0.102~0.348。经过两轮专家函询,保留50个条目,将问卷结构调整为3个分问卷。问卷各条目内容效度为0.75~1.00,问卷整体效度为0.90。结论专家意见集中、可靠,可为相关研究提供工具支持及研究依据。Objective To evaluate and revise weight management knowledge and attitude questionnaire of weight management beliefs for community medical professionals using the Delphi method.Methods After the literature review and semistructured depth interview,the item pool was formed,the two rounds of consultations were made with 15 experts by using the Delphi methods.Results The valid recovery of the two-round Delphi methods was 93.3% and 86.7%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.83,the coordination indexes of expert opinions were 0.440 and 0.189,the coefficient of variation was 0.102 ~ 0.348. 50 items were identified,and the questionnaire was adjusted into 3 parts. Item-level content validity index（ ICVI） were 0.75 ~ 1.00,the scale-level content validity index（ S-CVI） was 0.90.Conclusion The items determined by Delphi methods was reliable and valid,and it can provide objective and quantitative standards for relevant research.
