摘　　要：把"自清洁玻璃"技术与高性能的"双银Low-E玻璃"技术复合,即在同一片玻璃上两边都进行镀膜,一面通过辊涂工艺镀制新型的自清洁溶胶膜层,另一面通过真空磁控溅射技术镀制优化的双银Low-E膜层,实现卧式镀膜机上的双面膜技术。这样既解决了高层建筑玻璃表面的清洁难题,也满足了建筑检测机构对玻璃热工性能指标的要求。Double-side film coated on glass substrate on a horizontal coating machine was realized by incorporating a ＂self-cleaning glass＂ with high performance ＂double-silver Low-E glass＂ technologies, that is on one side of glass substrate, a new sol-gel self-cleaning film was prepared with roller process, and on another side, an optimized double-silver low-e film was prepared with vacuum magnetron sputtering process. This product not only solves the problem of cleaning window glass of high rise buildings, but also meets the requirement of thermal performance from building testing organizations.
