摘 要:以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)土工膜为研究对象,选用不同的紫外辐射光源对其进行人工加速老化试验,研究土工膜的光氧化动力学过程,对光氧老化后试样的拉伸性能进行测试,并采用熔融流动指数仪和红外光谱仪分析其老化动力学过程.试验结果表明,随着紫外辐照能的增加,不同紫外光源下HDPE土工膜的断裂伸长变化显著.通过不同紫外光源测试结果对比可知,HDPE土工膜材料在两种不同光源下,交联及降解的反应过程相同,且均生成了羰基双峰及乙烯基基团,这表明不同紫外光源下的HDPE土工膜光氧化机理一致,但由于两种光源的发光光谱不同,且HDPE存在最敏感波长,两种不同紫外光源在光照过程中紫外辐射波长具有一定的有效辐射区间,有效紫外辐射能的存在,使得两种紫外光源下的老化降解程度不同.因此引入有效紫外敏感辐射系数α的概念,为HDPE土工膜在两种光源下老化相关性的建立奠定基础.High-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane was studied to research its photo-oxidation aging under different UV light sources by artificially accelerated weathering condition. Then the tensile performance of samples was tested and the dynamic process of weathering tests was analyzed by melting index and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that with the increase of UV radiation energy, the breaking elongation of HDPE geomembrane changes significantly under two different light sources. The results under different UV light sources keep consistency, compared that crosslink and degradation process of photo-oxidation aging of HDPE geomembrane and the products are both double carbonyl group and vinyl group. It shows that the aging mechanism of photo-oxidation is the same, however, due to theemission spectrum of two different UV sources and the existence of most sensitive wavelength of HDPE, UV radiation wavelength under two different UV light sources has a certain range of effective radiation. The existence of effective UV radiation energy makes aging degradation different under two UV light sources. Therefore, the effective UV-sensitive radiation coefficient α is introduced as a foundation to establish the aging correlation for HDPE geomembrane under two different UV light sources.
