摘 要:介绍了一种粘性矿石溜井高效放矿工艺系统:溜井底部设置两段振动给料单元,第一段振动单元由两并排的振动板体构成;第二段振动单元由两并排的振动给料机组成。通过振动单元产生的激振力破除矿石的粘结效应,提高了矿石溜放效率,特别是实现强粘性矿石溜井放矿工艺系统的可靠性和高效性,具有广泛实用性。This paper introduces a kind of high efficiency orepass ore drawing system for cohesive ores. Two-stage vibration feeding unit is located at the bottom of the orepass, the first stage vibration unit is composed of two vibration plates side by side; the second stage vibration unit is composed of two vibration feeders side by side. The excited force produced from vibration unit will remove the cohesive effect of ores, improve the orepass drawing efficiency of ores, especially will realize the reliability and high efficiency of high cohesive orepass drawing process system, .which has the extensive practicability.
