摘 要:研究绝缘材料沿面闪络特性及闪络前后表面物化特征,有助于进一步认识闪络过程,对探究降低沿面闪络对材料影响,提高材料闪络电压的方法,有指导意义。因此,以硅橡胶为例,用韦伯分布统计方法探索了沿面闪络电压的规律,用原子力显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱测试技术,对闪络前后的表面特性进行了分析。结果表明:闪络电压随着气压与放电距离的增加而升高,且此过程中不同阶段二者对闪络电压影响程度不同;不同电场下的闪络电压服从二参数韦伯概率分布,尺度参数α和形状参数β可表征不同电场下材料的沿面绝缘性能。闪络后硅橡胶表面凸起和沟壑程度变大,表面粗糙度增加,Si-(CH3)2官能团含量降低,同等条件下,电场不均匀度越高,上述现象越明显。The research on surface flashover properties of insulation material and physical and chemical characteristics before and after flashover will be helpful for further understanding of the flashover process,which can provide references for the study on reducing the influence of surface flashover on materials and improving the flashover voltage of the material. So,taking the silicon rubber as example,the law of flashover voltage was explored by using the Weibull distribution statistics method,and the surface properties of the silicon rubber were analyzed by atomic force microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectrum technology. The result shows that flashover voltage increases with increasing pressure and arcing distance,and in the different stages of the process,the two factors have different impacts on flashover voltage. The flashover voltage under different electric field obeys two-parameter Weibull probability distribution.The scale parameter α and shape parameter β can be applied to characterize the surface insulating properties of the material under different electric fields. After the surface flashover,the surface roughness of silicone rubber increased,the content of functional group,Si-(CH3)2,decreased. It is more obvious when the electric field is uneven under the same condition.
