摘  要:为研究低气压长空气间隙交流放电特性以及突破钢制腔体尺寸对放电间隙长度的限制,试制了以聚丙烯材质为主体的低气压放电试验腔体,并利用试验平台对其气密性和放电性能进行测试。结果表明:试制的试验腔体在25~900 Pa气压范围内最大压升率小于0.1 Pa/s,有效放电间隙长度超过腔体半径并达到600mm,气密性和放电性能均能够很好地满足低气压长间隙交流放电试验的需求。研究成果对研究低气压下长间隙放电特性、搭建低气压放电试验平台以及改善腔体放电性能具有参考价值。In order to research the long air gap AC discharge characteristics under low pressure and break the limitation of steel chamber size to discharge length,a test chamber with polypropylene material as its main body was made and its gas tightness and discharge performance were tested by test platform. The results show that the maximum pressure rise rate is less than 0. 1 Pa/s within 25 - 900 Pa and the effective length of discharge gap is 600 mm and exceeds the radius of the chamber. The gas tightness and discharge performance of the chamber could meet the requirement of long air gap AC discharge test. These results are of reference value for the study of long air gap discharge characteristics under low pressure,the building of discharge test platform under low pressure and improvement of discharge performance of common chamber.
