摘  要:提出了电动汽车充电站综合性能评价指标体系,为不同充电模式的充电站在规划建设和运营管理中提供参考和指导,并在指标评价标准上对两种充电模式加以区分。评价指标包括容量评估、效率、可靠性、负荷特性、用户体验5个方面,下设19项二级评价指标。建立了充电站综合性能评价模型,运用层次分析法确定各项指标权重,通过隶属度函数和专家打分法分别确定定量指标和定性指标的单因素模糊评价矢量,运用基于多层次分析的模糊综合评价法计算充电站综合性能具体得分,进而得到充电站综合性能评价等级。以某电动汽车快速充电站为例,应用所建立的评价指标体系和评价方法对其进行综合性能评价,验证所提方法的实用性。Comprehensive performance evaluation index system of charging stations is proposed in this paper which provides reference or guidance for the construction and operation of the charging stations. Two different charging modes of electric vehicles can be distinguished by the evaluation index system. Evaluation index consists of five aspects including capacity,efficiency,reliability,load characteristics,and user experience and it has 19 secondary evaluation indicators. Comprehensive performance evaluation model is built. Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of all indicators and the single-factor fuzzy evaluation vector of quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators are calculated by membership function and experts. The comprehensive performance score of the fast charging facilities will be calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on multi-level analysis,then the evaluation degree of the charging station will be obtained. A fast charging station is taken as an example and the evaluation index system and method proposed in this paper are used to evaluate the comprehensive performance to verify the practicability of the evaluation method.
