创新创业初期成功者的胜任力特征及影响因素--基于2015年“福布斯中国30位30岁以下创业者”的分析

摘　　要：以2015年福布斯评选出的"中国30位30岁以下创业者"为案例对象,研究其创新创业胜任力特征及影响因素,发现六类胜任力特征:知识方面,拥有较广或较深的专业性知识及来自创新或创业经历的经验性知识;技能方面,具备商机挖掘、资源统筹、团队建设、项目创新与商业计划等能力;社会角色方面,表现出责任感、敬业、务实、合作等特征;自我概念方面,反映出自信、独立等特点;动机方面,展示出生存、成就、权力、利他等动机;特质方面,具有好奇、独立思考、追求完美等创新特质和冒险、意志坚定、吃苦耐劳等创业特质。学校、家庭和社会分别对上述特征产生影响。Taking the ＂China 30 entrepreneurs under the age of 30＂ selected by Forbes in 2015 as a case, the characteristics and influencing factors of innovative and entrepreneurial competency have been studied. The result shows six characteristics of the 30 people： as for professional knowledge, they have more broad and empirical knowledge with innovation or entrepreneurial experience ; as for skills, they have the ability of seizing business opportunities, operating resources, team leadership, project innovation and business strategies; as for social roles, they have the characteristics of responsibility, dedication, practicability and cooperation; as for self concepts, they are confident and independent; as for motivations, they are endowed with survival, achievement, power and altruism; as for idiosyncrasy, they have the innovation traits of curiosity, independent thinking, pursuing excellence and entrepreneurial traits with adventure, strong-willed and hard-working. The six characteristics are influenced by school, family and society in different ways.
