摘  要:以3年生油松为砧木,1年生美国黄松侧枝为接穗,采用3种不同的嫁接方法进行对比试验,并对嫁接苗的生长情况进行调查。结果表明:黄松嫁接成活率的大小与嫁接方法密切相关,黄松嫁接以形成层贴接法最好;黄松嫁接苗与普通油松嫁接苗间苗木生长量存在显著差异,苗期试验中黄松嫁接苗表现出生长势旺盛、干性直、适应性强、无偏冠等现象,且未发现病虫害。Comparative tests were carried out adopting 3 different grafting methods with using 3-year-old Pinus tabulaeformis as rootstock and the lateral branches of 1 -year-old Pinus ponderosa as scions. The growth of grafted seedlings were investigated. Results showed that grafting survival rate of Pinus tabulaeformis was closely related to the grafting method and the pithcambium grafting was best. There was a significant difference in the growth of grafted Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings and ordinary scion seedlings of Pinus tabulaeformis. The growth performance of grafted Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings in seedling test was vigorous which trunk straight, strong adaptability, no partial crown phenomenon and no disease and insect pests were found.
