摘  要:轮毂电机性能好坏直接影响电动车性能,因此有必要对轮毂电机动态特性进行测试。笔者通过分析永磁直流测功机系统的工作原理,设计了框架式测功机结构,采用双万向联轴器联接发电机输出轴、转矩转速传感器和被测电机的输入轴,并通过一对外啮合齿轮副建立了发电机与被测电机的机械传输链。设计了基于脉宽调制信号的直流测功机系统加载电路,采用等效的模拟负载代替真实负载,构建了轮毂式永磁直流测功机系统。实验结果表明,该轮毂式直流测功机系统结构简单、控制容易、使用方便,满足了中小功率轮毂电机的动态特性测试的需要。Testing the dynamic characteristics of the wheel-hub motor has important applications, due to the motor's wide use and significant role in the performance of electric vehicles. By analyzing the working principle of a permanent magnet DC (direct current) dynamometer system, a frame-type mechanical structure of the dynamometer was designed that uses double universal coupling to connect the output shaft of the generator, torque and speed sensor, and input shaft of the testing motor. Moreover, by using the vice-transmission of a pair of external meshing gears, the mechanical transmission link between the generator and the measured motor was established. Based on the PWM (pulse-width modulation) signal, the loaded circuit of the DC dynamometer system was designed that substitutes the real load for an equivalent simulated load. In this way, the wheel-type permanent magnet DC dynamometer system was constructed. The experimental results showed that it had a simple structure, was easy to control and use, and had stable and reliable performance that meets the needs of the testing wheel motor. It can thus be used for dynamic performance testing of the small disc brushless motor. © 2016, Editorial Department of JVMD. All right reserved.
