摘 要:研究废旧皮革粉用于植绒工艺可行性。经电着处理后的皮革粉在静电场中飞升,植绒到涂覆有粘合剂的基布上形成新型植绒产品。探讨在静电植绒过程中极板间距、极板电压、植绒时间和粘合剂涂覆量对植绒密度和植绒牢度的影响。结果表明:随着极板间距的减小和极板电压的增加,植绒密度和植绒牢度均提高,其中对植绒牢度的影响更为明显。随着植绒时间的增加,植绒密度先增大后不变。随着粘合剂涂覆量的增加,植绒密度和植绒牢度均先增大后趋于定值。最佳植绒工艺条件为极板间距为6~8cm,极板电压为70kV,植绒时间9s,粘合剂涂覆量为300~350g/m^2。In this paper,the feasibility of waste leather powder application in electrostatic flocking technology was studied.The leather powder treated by scouring flied in the electrostatic filed and flocked to the substrate covered by the adhesive,and a new flocking product was produced.The influence of electrode voltage and distance,flocking time,coating dosage of adhesive on flocking density and fastness was discussed.The experimental results show that the flocking density and the fastness enhanced with the decrease of electrode distance and the increase of electrode voltage,and the influence on the fastness was more obvious.With the increase of flocking time,the flocking density increased at first and then remained unchanged.With the increase of coating dosage of adhesive,both the flocking density and the fastness increased at first and then tended to constant values gradually.The optimum technological conditions:electrode distance is 6~8cm,electrode voltage is 70 kV,flocking time is 9sand the coating dosage of adhesive is 300~350g/m^2.
