摘 要:采用不同纤度的细旦丙纶丝和黏胶长丝织造6种纬密相同、经密变化的三维正交机织物,以差动毛细效应为理论基础,对各织物的吸水导湿性能进行测试分析。结果表明:当细旦丙纶丝333dtex(300D)/72根、粘胶长丝278dtex(250D)/48根、细旦丙纶丝167dtex(150D)/48根所对应的功能层经纬密度分别为70×100根/10cm(导湿层),105×150根/10cm(吸水储水层),105×105根/10cm(导湿层)时,织物的吸水导湿性能表现最优。Fine denier polypropylene yarn and viscose filament yarn with different linear density were used to weave six kinds of 3Dorthogonal woven fabrics with same weft density and different warp density.Besides,water absorption and moisture transfer properties of fabrics were tested and analyzed based on the theory of differential capillary effect.Test results show that when the warp/weft density of fine denier polypropylene yarn(333dtex/72根),viscose filament yarn(278dtex/48根),fine denier polypropylene yarn(167detx/48根)layers are as follows:70×100根/10cm(moisture transfer layer),105×150根/10cm(water absorption and storage layer),105×150(moisture transfer layer),the water absorption and moisture transfer properties are the best.
