摘  要:为了实现多喷头高速打印过程,并将打印效率以及打印质量提高。提出了一种RIP软件的多喷头高速打印机系统,通过结合对打印喷头固定,将打印的速度提高。在基于RIP软件的多喷头高速打印机系统设计与实现的研究中,结合图像放大和图像分色技术,并分析数字半调技术的应用,对系统功能需求和非功能需求进行综合分析,做好系统整体的设计,通过做好图像处理模块、数据格式化模块、数据传输模块以及排版等模块的设计和实现,最后对系统进行了主要的测试。测试结果表明,系统不仅仅有着稳定的运行,同时实现了打印任务的有效管理,提高了打印的效率。In order to realize the multi nozzle high speed printing process, and to improve the efficiency and quality of printing. A multi nozzle high speed printer system with RIP software is proposed, which can improve the printing speed by combining with the print head. In RIP software of multi nozzle high- speed printer system design and implementation of research based on combining image magnification and image separation technology and analysis application of digital halftoning technology, of system functional requirements and non functional requirements of comprehensive analysis and do a good job in the design of the whole system, do the image processing module, data formatting module, data transmission module and typesetting module design and implementation, finally has carried on the test to the system. Test results show that the system not only has a stable operation, but also to achieve the effective management of printing tasks, imorove the efficiencv of the nrinting.
