摘 要:微波开关是电子对抗等系统中的关键部分,开关性能的优劣直接影响系统的正常工作,针对减小噪声对电子系统的干扰和提高开关的可靠性、稳定性的目的。通过对PIN二极管在微波射频电路中的原理进行简单的介绍,并结合ADS仿真软件对PIN管开关电路进行设计、仿真和参数优化,设计出一种工作频带在4~6 GHz,插入损耗最小为0.392 d B,最大为0.403 d B,隔离度最小为75.468d B,最大为86.928 d B及电压驻波比最大为1.362的吸收式微波收发开关。Microwave switch is a key part in electronic countermeasures system. In order to reduce the noise interference to the electronic system and improve the reliability and stability of the switch, so the fit and unfit quality of switch performance directly affect the normal work of the system. Based on the simple introduction of theories of PIN diode in the microwave radio frequency circuit, with the ADS simulation software of PIN tube switching circuit design, simulation and parameter optimization, to design an absorption of microwave transceiver switch which has the characteristics that the work frequency band is from 4 and 6 GHz, the insertion loss is from 0.392 dB to 0.403 dB, the isolation degree is from 75.468 dB to 86.928 dB and the maximum of the voltage standing wave ratio is 1.362.
