身痛逐瘀汤对一次性力竭运动DOMS大鼠模型血清CK-MM、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤对DOMS大鼠模型血清CK-MM、IL-6的影响。方法:将81只雄性SD大鼠按照随机原则分为运动模型组、西药对照组、中药实验组。大鼠均进行力竭性游泳训练,负重为大鼠体重的3%。西药对照组给予维生素C片及维生素E软胶囊,中药实验组给予身痛逐淤汤治疗。观察血清CK-MM、IL-6的变化。结果:中药实验组DOMS大鼠血清CK-MM值在25、49、73 h低于运动模型组(P<0.05),25、73 h显著低于西药对照组(P<0.01);IL-6值在25、49、73 h低于运动模型组(P<0.05),25、73 h低于西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐淤汤能够降低DOMS大鼠模型血清CKMM、IL-6水平,且疗效优于口服维生素C片和维生素E软胶囊。Objective： To explore the effect of Shentongzhuyu Decoction on serum CK-MM and IL-6 of DOMS rat mode. Methods： 81 male SD rats were randomized divided into model group, positive control group and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment （TCM） group. All rats were given exhausting swimming train with a load of 3% body weight. The positive control group was treated with oral vitamin C tablets and vitamin E soft capsules, the TCM group was treated with oral Shentongzhuyu Decoction. The changes of serum CK-MM and IL-6 were observed. Results： The level of serum CK-MM in TCM group were obviously lower than that of model group in 25, 49 and 73 h （P 〈 0. 05 ） and lower than that of positive control group in 25 and 73 h （P 〈 0. 01 ） . The level of serum IL-6 in TCM group were obviously lower than that of model group in 25, 49 and 73 h （P 〈 0. 05 ） and lower than that of pos- itive control group in 25 and 73 h （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Shentongzhuyu Decoction can lower the level of serum CK-MM and IL- 6 of DOMS rat mode, the efficacy is better than oral vitamin C tablets and vitamin E soft capsules.
