鱼腥草鼻用喷雾剂联合羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂、头孢丙烯治疗急性鼻窦炎随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的：随机对照研究鱼腥草鼻用喷雾剂联合羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂、头孢丙烯治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2014年4月~2016年4月收治的80例急性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,经本院伦理委员会批准及患者签署知情同意书后采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组（西药治疗）及研究组（鱼腥草鼻用喷雾剂联合西药治疗）各40例,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果：研究组治疗总有效率92.5%,不良反应发生率10%,同期对照组治疗总有效率80%、不良反应发生率20%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组患者免疫功能、症状积分相比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：鱼腥草鼻用喷雾剂联合羟甲唑啉鼻喷雾剂、头孢丙烯治疗急性鼻炎疗效确切,安全性高,可作为临床治疗的优选方案加以推广使用。Objective： Randomized controlled study of Yuxingcao nasal spray combined with oxymetazoline nasal spray, cef- prozil treatment the clinical curative effect of acute sinusitis. Methods： Selected in our hospital from April April 2014 to 2016 years 80 cases of acute sinusitis patients as the research object, by the hospital ethics committee approval and patient signed informed consent to take systematic random sampling method were divided into control group （Western medicine treatment） and study group （Yuxingcao nasal spray combined with western medicine therapy）, 40 cases in each, compared two groups of clinical curative effect on the pa- tients with. Results： The study group treatment, the total effective rate was 92. 5%, adverse reaction rate of 10 percent, compared with the control group, the total efficiency of 80%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction of 20%, the difference is statistically signif- icant （P 〈 0. 05） ; compared two groups of immune function of patients, symptom score, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Yuxingcao nasal spray combined with oxymetazoline nasal spray, cefprozil treating acute rhinitis is exact, high safety, as the preferred scheme of clinical treatment to be popularized and used.
