电子病历质控体系的重要手段及质控点设置的探讨

摘　　要：通过对电子病历系统的研究,介绍了电子病历质量控制方法及质控点的设置。电子病历系统可通过设置病历质控点,全程对病历质量进行实时监控,达到提高病历质量、规范医疗行为的目的。同时,提出了电子病历现阶段运用存在的问题,并对电子病历质控点的合理设置和电子病历质控体系进行探讨。The paper, through the research of the electronic medical record system, introduces the electronic medical record quality control methods and the development of key points of quality control for electronic medical record. The purpose of improving the quality of medical records and standardizing medical behavior can be reached by setting up a series of key points of electronic medical record quality control and the real- time monitoring the quality of medical records in alectronic medical record system. At the same time, there exist some problems in the use of electronic medical records at the present stage and reasonable setting - up of key points of electronic medical record control and the quality control system of the electronic medical record are also discussed.
