摘 要:目的调查了解江苏省监狱系统内部医院卫生人力资源的现况和存在问题,提出相应对策建议。方法根据各监狱卫技人员配置统计报表,建立数据库,描述省内监狱系统卫生人力资源的数量、年龄、学历及职称等构成情况,并分析苏南、苏北和苏中地区卫生技术人员的分布特征差异。结果江苏省监狱卫技人员数量不足,老龄化、职称结构不合理等问题突出,没有形成人才梯队。结论合理规划监狱系统卫生人力资源,优化卫技人员结构,多渠道多举措引进和利用优质卫生人才,使各专业协调发展,形成人才梯队,是改善监狱系统医疗服务工作的重要方向。Objective : To investigate the status and the existing problems of health human resources in the hospitals of the prison system in Jiangsu Province and propose some suggestions for improvement. Methods : Based on the prison statistics report, a database was established, the number, age, academic qualifications and professional titles of health human resources in the prison system were analyzed and the distribution differences among southern, northern and middle Jiangsu Province were compared. Results: The number of health technical personnel in the prison administration was insufficient, and there were serious prob- lems in aging, unreasonable title structure and talent echelon formation. Conclusion: Measures, such as multi -channel introduction and use of qualified health professionals, should he taken. In this way a rational talent echelon could be formed, the structure of health technical personnel optimized and the medical services of prison system improved.
