摘 要:本文采用石蜡切片法观察分析了普通稻和巨胚稻胚的生长动态。结果表明:1)普通稻和巨胚稻胚的生长在开花后前9d较快,是胚的快速生长期;从开花后第9~21天,胚生长缓慢,胚进入稳定生长期;开花后第21~30天,胚生长不再明显,胚基本成熟;2)同一时期,巨胚稻的胚大于普通稻,且细胞数目多于普通稻,盾片细胞大小也大于普通稻。In this paper, dynamic growth of embryo between giant embryo rice and ordinary rice was observed by paraffin section. The results showed that both embryos of giant embryo rice and ordinary embryo rice grew fast in initial 9 days after flowering, being defined as embryo rapid growth stage. From 9 to 21 days after flowering, both embryos were growing slowly and were in a stable growth stage. Embryos of both rice did not grew obviously, and become mature from 21 to 30 days. During the same stages, the giant embryo rice was larger in size of embryo and scutellum cell than ordinary rice, and the embryo cell number of giant embryo rice were great than ordinary embryo rice.
