食蚊鱼寄生百慕大伴盐虫的种群动态

摘　　要：为研究寄生食蚊鱼Gambusia affinis的百慕大伴盐虫Salsuginus bermudae种群周年动态变化，于2009年10月至2010年9月对广州一池塘的食蚊鱼进行了调查。结果表明，百慕大伴盐虫的年均感染率为72％；不同月份的感染率、平均感染强度和平均丰度均呈现规律性的变化，都在4和8月出现2个峰值，即为秋冬季低，春夏季高。随着宿主体长的增加，其平均丰度和平均感染强度呈上升趋势，但感染率无明显变化。频率分布表明，多数食蚊鱼都仅感染少量的虫，而极少数食蚊鱼负担了绝大多数的虫。百慕大伴盐虫在不同月份和不同体长的食蚊鱼上均呈聚集性分布。To investigated the population dynamics of Salsuginus bermudae on exotic freshwater fishes Gambusia affinis, this study examined the gills of G. affinis for a whole year from October 2009 to September 2010 in a pond of Guangzhou. The results showed that the average prevalence was 72% throughout the study period; the prevalence, mean intensity and abundance of S. bermudae population all decreased from October 2009 to February 2010 and then gradually increased and attained two peaks in April and August 2010. Among different host body length （L） groups, the mean abundance and infection intensity were increased with the body length, but the prevalence did not change significantly. The frequency distribution of S. bermudae in host population indicated that the most fish were infected with less worms, and a large number of S. bermudae parasited in a small number of G. affinis. S. bermudae parasites G. affinis with the aggregation distribution mode related to the host body length and seasons.
