摘　　要：本文对前向波放大器(CFA)的特点、工作方式进行了介绍,比较了国内外各频段CFA产品技术水平、特点与差距,阐述了CFA应用于雷达发射机的射频链路构成以及国内外应用装备情况对比分析,给出了国内装备应用CFA产品较少的原因及今后努力的方向。The characteristics and work principle of cross field amplifiers （CFAs） are introduced. The state of the art, the feature and the gap of CFA products in domestic and foreign with various frequencies are compared. The application of CFAs in microwave link structures of radar transmitter is described and the applications in domestic and foreign are compared. The reason why the CFAs are seldom selected in do- mestic is given and the potential development direction is pointed.
