摘 要:某高硅低品位氧化铁矿石铁品位为25%左右。该铁矿石筛分成粉矿、块矿后进行预选抛尾。粉矿预选精矿磨矿后进行强磁选,精矿铁品位可达41.20%以上,SiO_2含量16.22%以下。块矿预选精矿经阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选-反浮选,精矿铁品位可达61.20%以上,SiO_2低至8.82%以下。The Fe grade of a high silicon low grade iron oxide ore is about 25%. Tailings were partially discarded after divided to powder ore and lump ore. After grinding and concentrate of powder ore, the grade of concentrate iron can reach 41.20% and the content of SiO2 is below 16.22%. The ore grade of concentrate is 61.20% or higher and the SiO2 is as low as 8.82% after stage grinding, weak concentrate and reverse flotation for the pre-selected concentrate lump ore.
