摘　　要：本文针对某不锈钢厂的煤气资源状况,开发出一种应用纯高炉煤气预热板坯、高热值煤气加热板坯的串联式加热方法,通过对不锈钢加热特性的分析、串联式炉型结构加热不锈钢的温度模拟,得出了串联式炉型结构合理的加热制度,为提高不锈钢的加热质量提供理论依据。Based on the gas resource of a certain stainless steel plant, the tandem heating methods was developed by preheating slab with pure blast furnace gas and heating slab with high calorific gas. The heating system of tandem furnace structure was obtained to provide the theo- retical basis for improving stainless steel heating quality by analyzing the heating characteristics of stainless steel and simulating the temperature of tandem furnace structure.
