摘 要:脓毒症是严重创(烧)伤、休克、感染、外科手术等常见并发症,进一步发展可导致脓毒性休克、多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS),是全球性的威胁和挑战,患病率约为人口的3‰,是重症监护病房患者主要死因之一。脓毒症的药物治疗非常有限,仍基于早期发现的抗菌药物治疗和支持疗法;诊断上区别脓毒症和非感染性疾病的金标准是血微生物培养,相较于其他可以早期预测脓毒症的检查如C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)等方法,血培养结果需要较长时间。关于基因水平脓毒症相关miRNAs的研究越来越多,本研究对最新人脓毒症相关miRNAs的通路、靶点、功能进行回顾性分析,为脓毒症诊断、治疗及预后分析提供新的依据。Sepsis is one of the common complications in various conditions, such as severe trauma or burn, shock,infection, surgery and so on, and further development may lead to septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Sepsis is a global threat and challenge, and prevalence rate is 3‰ in the world, it is one of the major causes of death of patients in intensive care unit. The drugs for the treatment of sepsis are very limited, the treatment is still largely based on the antibiotic therapy for early identified cases and supporting treatment. Blood microorganism culture is the gold standard to differentiate between sepsis and non-infectious diseases, as compared with other examination means that can predict the sepsis in early stage, such as C-reactive protein (CRP) and pro- caleitonin (PCT), the blood culture requires a longer period of time. There is a growing number of researches on the sepsis-related miRNAs on genetic level. The pathways, targets and functions of the latest human sepsis-related miRNAs are retrospectively analyzed so as to provide novel bases for diagnosis and treatment of sepsis as well as the analysis of prognosis.
