摘  要:赞比亚的政教关系自20世纪80年代末90年代初起开始复杂化,教会力量日渐上升,政府愈显局促。欲明了赞比亚的这种态势,需透视其政教关系的历史发展进程。白衣神父会为赞比亚主要教会力量之一,在殖民地时期获得长足发展。借助在群众基础和思想观念影响方面的特殊优势,白衣神父会一方面服从殖民当局管理并配合当局工作,另一方面也与当局明争暗斗。这种当局与教会间的关系模式一直伴随赞比亚的发展,当赞比亚政府缺陷日益凸显时,教会的影响逐渐增加,这是历史发展的结果。The relationship between church and state in Zambia began to be more complex since around 1990s, the church had more and more power and influence, whereas the state had to retreat in some fields. To understand this situation well, we need to analyze the historical process of the relationship between church and state. The White Fathers is an important church in Zambia, which had involved the creation and management of Northern Rhodesia and thus had a considerable development. With special advantage in mass base and influence of ideology, the White Fathers submitted itself to and coordinated with the authority of Northern Rhodesia and also struggle for its own power and influence. This kind of relationship has sustained and developed after the independence of Zambia. When the authority reveals some weakness, the influence of the church gradually increased, this is the result of historical development.
