摘　　要：【目的/意义】如何有效的对企业信息进行保护、对危机信息进行预警是目前理论界与企业界亟待解决的问题。【方法/过程】通过对危机预警与反竞争情报的关系研究,并结合企业危机预警的信息需求,分析了企业危机预警的反竞争情报的需求类型,提出了基于反竞争情报需求的对策,设计了企业危机预警的反竞争情报工作流程。【结果/结论】探究企业危机预警的反竞争情报需求,能够进一步细化企业危机预警信息的类型与来源,增强企业信息的保护与防御能力。同时,拓展了竞争情报领域的研究视角。【Purpose/significance 】To protect the enterprise information effectively and the early warning of crisis informa-tion are the urgent problems to be solved in theory and business circles.【Method/process 】By researching the relationshipof crisis early warning and counter-intelligence, combined with the enterprise crisis early warning information demand, thepaper analyzes the demand type of counter-intelligence of enterprise crisis early warning, and proposes countermeasuresbased on the demand of counter-intelligence. And then the paper designs the counter-intelligence work flow of enterprisecrisis early warning.【 Result/conclusion 】By exploring counter-intelligence demand of enterprise crisis early warning, thetypes and sources of enterprise crisis early warning information can be further refined, the protection and defense capabili-ties for enterprise information can be strengthen, at the same time, the research perspective of competitive intelligence willbe expanded.
