科研人员信息行为分析及其对图书馆个性化科研服务的启示

摘　　要：【目的/意义】为图书馆针对不同学科科研人员提供个性化服务提供理论基础。【方法/过程】以76篇以不同学科科研人员信息行为研究对象的实证英文文献为基础,应用扎根理论方法,归纳总结科研人员在信息源选择、信息检索、信息获取与利用、前沿追踪、学术交流与合作以及科学数据管理等方面的特征。【结果/结论】以不同学科科研人员信息行为特征的异同为基础,给出图书馆面向科研的个性化服务内容。【Purpose/significance】To provide the theoretical basis for libraries＇ personalized service aiming at different dis-ciplines.【Method/process】Grounded theory has been used in this paper for analyzing and summarizing the characters of thescientific researchers based on 76 full text empirical research article of different disciplines in English, including selectionof information sources, information retrieval, information acquisition and utilization, front tracking, academic exchanges andcooperation, scientific data management.【Result/conclusion】Similarities and differences of information behaviors amongscholars in different disciplines are summarized. Libraries＇ personalized service strategies are also provided based on thecharacters referred above.
