摘 要:选用离乳约10d、胎次相近、体质量相近、遗传组成基本相似、健康状况良好的梅花鹿12头,分为2组,每组6头。Ⅰ组为对照组,采食基础饲粮;Ⅱ组为试验组,基础饲粮中添加0.2%的复合益生菌制剂。每组自由采食,自由饮水,试验期60d。结果显示:试验后期,试验组梅花鹿平均日增质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组粪便大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌数分别显著下降和增加(P<0.05);试验中期和结束,试验组血清中免疫球蛋白较对照组有增加趋势。结果表明:复合益生菌制剂有促进离乳梅花鹿生长、优化肠道微生物区系及提高幼鹿免疫功能的作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of complex probiotic preparation on performance,faecal bacterium population and immunoglobulin in weaned fawns. Total 12 sika fawns,10 d after weaned, were divided into 2 groups. The first group was the control group fed with basic diets, the second group was the trail group fed on basic diets with 0.2% complex probi- otic preparation. The daily gain weight, body size and faecal bacterium population,as well as the immunoglobulin and serum fat and glucose were determined. The results showed that the ADG of the trail group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05) at the end of the test term. The reduction of fecal E. coli population and the increase of fecal lactobacillus popula- tion in the test group were more obvious than those in control group at the end of the test term (P〈0.05). The immunoglobulin in test group was higher than of control group. The results indi- cated that complex probiotic preparation could improve the performance, alter the equilibrium of the microflora in gut and enhance the serum immunoglobulin of weaned fawns.
