摘  要:来自3头公猪的混合精液(n=5)用于本次试验。试验用β-环糊精胆固醇包合物(CLC)作为冷冻保护剂,分对照组和0.75,1.5,3.0g/L CLC等3个试验组,检测冷休克及冻融精子的活力及线粒体膜电位。结果显示:用CASA分析,添加1.5g/L CLC的试验组精子活力显著好于其他试验组(P<0.05);利用JC-1对精子进行荧光染色分析,在4,17,-196℃下添加1.5g/L CLC的试验组精子线粒体膜电位显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:在稀释液中添加CLC能提高冻融后精子的活力和减少线粒体的损伤。The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of CLC on sperm motility and mitochondrial membrane potential in cold shock and freezing thawing pig sperm. Mixed semen from 3 boars (n=5) are used for the test. Beta cyclodextrin inclusion complexes (CLC) were used as the freezing protection agent,and 0. 75,1. 5,3. 0 g/L CLC were used to detect the viability and mitochondrial membrane potential of cold shock and frozen thawed sperm. The results showed that the sperm activity of 1.5 g/L CLC group was significantly better than that of the other CLC by CASA (P〈0.05), and the sperm mitochondrial membrane potential was significantly higher in CLC 1.5 g/L than that of the control group (P〈0.05) under 4,17 and --196℃ by using JC-1 CLC can improve the vitality of sperm and reduce the damage to mitochondria in the dilution liquid.
