摘 要:采用金属诱导化学镀法制备了NiCoB/TiO_2非晶态合金催化剂,用XRD、SEM、EDS、ICP和XPS对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明:NiCoB以非晶态的形式负载在TiO_2载体上,分散性较好,平均粒径约为120nm。将该催化剂应用于松节油催化加氢制备顺式蒎烷,并对反应条件进行了优化,结果表明:最佳反应条件为反应温度145℃,氢气压力4.5MPa,w(催化剂)=10.0%(以原料质量计),反应时间200min。此时,α-蒎烯转化率达99.23%,顺式蒎烷对映选择性为95.53%,收率达94.80%。NiCoB/TiO_2 amorphous alloy catalysts were prepared by means of metal induced electroless plating method,and these obtained catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,ICP,and XPS,respectively.The results showed that Ni Co B was preferably supported on TiO_2 in the form of amorphous alloy,which had good dispersibility with an average diameter of about 120 nm.Their catalytic properties were evaluated for the hydrogenation of turpentine to cis-pinane.Besides,the factors of affecting the reaction were optimized.The conversion of α-pinene was up to 99.23%,the selectivity and yield of cispinane was 95.53% and 94.80%,respectively,at 145 ℃ for 200 min under the hydrogen pressure of4.5 MPa with a catalyst dosage of 10.0%.
