摘 要:分别以尿素、三聚氰胺为前驱体,采用缩聚法制备了不同形貌及性能的类石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)光催化剂,采用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-Vis、FTIR、BET和荧光光谱对g-C_3N_4进行表征,考察了不同前驱体对催化剂形貌及在甲醇溶液中光催化还原CO_2效率的影响。结果表明:以尿素为前驱体制备的u-g-C_3N_4呈片状结构,光催化还原CO_2制备甲酸甲酯的效率较高,为512.8μmol/(gcat·h);以三聚氰胺为前驱体制备的m-g-C_3N_4呈块状结构,光催化效率为257.3μmol/(gcat·h)。Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) semiconductors with different morphologies and photocatalytic performance were prepared by polycondensation method,using urea and melamine as precursors,respectively.The prepared g-C3N4 semiconductors were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,UV-vis,FTIR,BET and PL.The influences of different precursor on morphologies and photocatalytic activity of g-C3N4 for reduction of CO2 in methanol under light irradiation were investigated.Furthermore,the influence of the precursor on the yield of prepared methyl formate(MF) was discussed.The results showed that u-g-C3N4 prepared with urea as a precursor had a sheet structure,and the yield of MF reached 512.8 μmol/(gcat·h).Nevertheless that for m-g-C3N4 prepared with melamine as a precursor which had a blocky structure was only 257.3 μmol/(gcat·h).
