重复肾输尿管畸形的超声诊断作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析超声检查在重复肾输尿管畸形诊断中的作用效果。方法选择经我中心健康体检发现重复肾输尿管畸形25例患者,所有患者均在外院行IVP(静脉肾盂造影)或手术病理证实,对患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 25例患者通过超声检查之后,11例为左肾,10例为右肾,4例为双肾;10例患者为不完全性双输尿管,9例为完全性双输尿管,6例为完全性双输尿管且上位肾输尿管异位开口。结论对重复肾输尿管畸形患者进行超声诊断后,其诊断正确率较高。同时超声对肾功能较差以及排泄性肾盂造影无显著优点,但可以为临床诊断提供相应的根据。Objective To analyze the effects of ultrasound diagnosis on Ureter and kidney duplication. Methods Twenty five cases of the research object were examined at our physical examination center. All the patients were confirmed by IVP （intravenous pydogram） or operation pathology in other hospitals. The patients＇ data were analyzed retrospectivaly. Results Ureter and ridney duplication were founed by ultrasonography in the 25 cases, including 11 cases in left kidney, 10 cases in right ridney and 4 cases in double kidneys, right;Incomplete double ureter in 10 patients, complete double uretes in 9 patients, complete double ureter and the upper ectopic ureter openings in 6 patients were checked up. Conclusions For repetitive kidney ureter malformations, the diagnostic rate of ultrasonic diagnosis accuracy is higher. Ultrasonography in poor renal function and discharge imaging of the renal pelvis shows no statistically significant advantages, but can provide the corresponding according for clinical diagnosis.
