摘　　要：以当下网络文学资本重组为切入点,先从网络出版、实体出版、移动出版等原始版权的角度分析阅文集团旗下猫腻作品《择天记》在泛娱乐生态下的生产模式,又从动画、影视、音乐等改编版权的角度解析其运营模式,最后提出阅文集团网络文学全产业链生产和运营模式对其他网络文学作品的借鉴意义。Put the capital restructuring as the breakthrough point in this paper, and analyze the production mode of MaoNi＇ s ZeTianJi in the ecosystem of excessive entertainment from the perspective of the original copyright such as network publishing, physical book publishing and mobile publishing, and then analyze the operation mode from the perspective of animation, film and teleplay, music, etc. Finally, put forward the significance for other network literature from production and operation mode in the entire industrial chain of the network literature in the ecosystem of excessive entertainment of China Reading Limited.
