摘  要:介绍了一款集热能测量、室温控制及显示于一体的户用控制系统.该系统以低功耗芯片MSP430F249为核心,采用高精度时间数字转换芯片TDC-GP22测量流体中超声波传播的时差来测量流体流速,并利用铂电阻温度传感器PT1000测量流体回路中的温度变化,准确测量热能释放量.同时采集室内温度并实时显示,接受用户输入设置并自行控制温控阀开启量,实现智能温度控制.试验结果表明:该系统整体功耗低,测量精度高,控温精确.This paper introduces a intelligent control system which can survey the heat energy, demonstrate and control the room temperature. Based on the low-power chip, MSP430F249, the system can precisely survey the quantity that heat energy release by surveying the flow velocity of fluid with the time difference when ultrasonic spread in fluid with the help of high-precision time-digital converter chip, TDC-GP22, as well as the temperature difference of fluid loop with the help of platinum resistance temperature sensor PT1000.It also collects the room temperature and demonstrates it simultaneously, accepts the set commands from users and controls the start data of thermostat valve voluntarily so as to achieve the function of intelligent temperature control. The test result indicates that this system is of low overall-power loss, high accuracy for measuring and precise controlled temperature.
