摘  要:强透水砂卵地层具有孔隙率大、渗透性强、含水量高、卵石强度高等性质,盾构机在此地层中掘进会对刀盘造成严重磨损。为了保证盾构机刀盘掘进的安全,需要经常进仓对刀盘进行检查更换。结合兰州市轨道交通1号线I期迎门滩—马滩区间工程,对强透水砂卵石地层条件下的泥水平衡盾构带压与常压进仓技术进行了有益尝试并取得成功,进而形成了相关成套技术。High permeability sandy cobble stratum had properties of high porosity,strong permeability,high water content,high gravel strength and so on. When the shield machine drove in this stratum,its cutters and cutter head were worn seriously. In order to ensure the safe of excavation,checking and replacing the cutters by entering into chamber frequently was necessary. Based on engineering practice,the authors took beneficial tests to chamber-entering technology of slurry shield in high permeability sandy cobble stratum under the working pressure or normal pressure which finally resulting in success and relating integrated techniques.
