摘 要:为研究火电厂快速甩负荷(FCB)过程燃料控制技术,保证锅炉燃烧率平稳,利用机理方法建立锅炉燃烧系统数学模型,建模过程中采用物理结构分层方法,对火电厂FCB过程不同燃料控制技术进行仿真。结果表明:随着层间距离的增大,层内温度在停磨过程互相影响越小。另外,切磨时间间隔越大更有利于稳定燃烧。所以,实际控制过程中,可在上层切磨时间间隔固定的情况下减小下层切磨时间间隔。对于汽水系统热惯性小的机组可适当增加停磨时间间隔,以维持炉内燃烧的稳定。In order to study the technology of thermal power plants fast cut back (FCB) process fuel control, the author established a mathematical model of boiler combustion system with the mechanism method. Physical structure stratification approach was used in the process of modeling, and simulation study on different fuel control technology was carried out in the process of thermal power plant FCB. The results show that: with the increasing distance between the layers, the mutual influence of temperature of inner layer becomes smaller in the process of stop grinding. In addition, the greater the time interval is, the more conducive the cutting stable combustion is. Therefore, in the actual control process, we can reduce the lower case cutting interval in the case of fixed time interval in the upper; for the unit that has small thermal inertia, we can increase the intervals of stopping grinding properly to maintain the combustion stability.
