摘  要:石垭口煤矿主斜井长度1266m,倾角25°,掘进断面16.6m°,具有大断面、大坡度、大距离的“三大”特征,采用气腿式凿岩机打眼,大铲斗装载机、大容积侧卸式矿车、大提升机装岩提升等机械化配套作业线施工。井筒施工中,通过科学管理,实现了正规循环作业,正规循环率不低于95%,每月单进100~140m,实现了快速施工;并且工程质量优良,安全无事故,达到了预期效果。A length of the mine main inclined shaft in Shiyakou Mine was 1 266 m with an inclination of 25° and a heading cross section of 16.6 m2. The mine main inclined shaft would have three features of a large cross section,high slope and long distance. The shaft was constructed with pneumatic leg type rock drills for the borehole drilling,large bucket loader,large volume side dump type cars,large hoist for the rock loading and lifting and other mechanized matched operation line. In the mine shaft con- struction, with the scientific management, a regular circulated operation was realized, the regular circu- lation rate was not less than 95 %, the month single heading rate was about 100-140 m and a rapid construction was realized. The engineering quality was excellent, there was no safety accident occurred and an expected effect was reached.
