摘  要:结合一起溜灰管堵管引起伤亡事故的案例,通过对立井混凝土输送工艺的分析,指出目前溜灰管输送混凝土存在堵管、溜灰管壁厚选择不合理、悬吊溜灰管的钢丝绳强度难以确定等缺陷。对底卸式吊桶输送混凝土能力进行了验算,对其优缺点作了分析,推荐使用底卸式吊桶输送混凝土,同时对溜灰管的使用提出了改进措施。In combination with a casualty accident case occurred by a jam of concrete chute, with an a- nalysis on the concrete transportation technique in the mine shaft, the paper pointed out the pipe jammed,irrational selected pipe wall thickness of the concrete chute,the difficult determined strength of the steel rope to hang up the concrete chute and other disadvantages existed in the present concrete transportation of the concrete chute. A calculation was conducted on the concrete transportation capa- city of the bottom unloading type kibble and the analysis was conducted on the advantage and disad- vantage of the concrete transportation kibble. The bottom unloading type kibble was recommended for the concrete transportation and the improved measures were provided to the application of the concrete chute.
