摘　　要：中国城镇化和工业化的快速发展,促使农业用地以较快的速度转换为城市用地,为制造业、房地产业和城市基础设施建设奠定了基础,但高速扩张带来的却是土地的低效利用,城镇化开发空间不足。在综述土地城镇化概念的基础上,沿着土地城镇化发展思路,从测算方法与体系、发展现状及影响、土地利用方式变化原因以及应对3个方面总结和梳理现有研究成果,指出中国城镇化进程中土地城镇化存在用地增速过快和城乡建设用地结构不合理两大问题,并认为土地城镇化发展的驱动机理分析是未来土地城镇化研究领域的重要命题。The rapid development of China＇s urbanization and industrialization led to faster conversion between agricultural lands to urban lands,which aided the foundation of the real estate,manufacturing and land urban infrastructure. However,high-speed expansion brought the inefficient utilization and the lack of urbanization development space. Land urbanization was reviewed in this paper,based on the concept of urbanization,then went on the land urbanization development idea,the measuring method and the development status and influence to summarize existing research achievements. Conclusion was that during China＇s urbanization process,the land use growing too fast and unreasonable structure of urban and rural construction land were two main issues. Research on the driving mechanism of land urbanization would be an important topic in the future.
