0.01%芸苔素内酯水剂对水稻生长、产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：以0.01%芸苔素内酯乳油为对照药剂,进行水稻(Oryza sativa L.)生长调节试验,测定0.01%芸苔素内酯水剂对水稻生长和品质的影响。结果表明,从整体上而言,0.01%芸苔素内酯水剂对水稻株高、穗长、每穴穗数和每穗总粒数影响不显著,但可显著提高水稻实粒数、结实率和千粒重,从而显著提高水稻产量。0.01%芸苔素内酯水剂对水稻的直链淀粉含量及垩白粒率影响不显著,但可提高蛋白质含量,降低水稻的垩白度,从而提高水稻品质。To determine the effect of 0.01% brassinolide AS on the growth, yield and quality of rice（Oryza sativa L.）, the field experiments of growth regulation were conducted. The results indicated that 0.01% brassinolide AS had no significant effect on the plant height, ear length, ear number per hill and grain number per panicle in terms of overall. However, it had significant effect on the filled grains,seed setting rate and 1 000-grain weight, thus increased the yield of rice. Brassinolide AS had no significant effect on amylose content and chalky rice rate. But it could increase protein content and decrease chalkiness degree, thus improve the quality of rice.
