摘 要:为研究谷朊粉酶解物对断奶仔猪血清生化指标、免疫功能及小肠发育的影响,选取108头平均体重(8.08±0.36)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,按体重相近原则随机分为4个处理,每处理3个重复,每个重复9头猪,各处理组分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)﹑添加血浆蛋白粉日粮﹑添加1.5%和3.0%谷朊粉酶解物日粮,饲喂期21 d。结果表明,(1)添加1.5%谷朊粉酶解物组的血清总蛋白和球蛋白均高于其他3组;(2)断奶第21天,添加谷朊粉酶解物组血清GSH-Px和SOD的活性明显高于对照组和血浆蛋白粉组;(3)断奶第21天,对照组和血浆蛋白粉组血清T3的含量均显著高于3.0%谷朊粉酶解物组,分别高12.4%和12.1%,而血浆蛋白粉组血清IGF-1含量显著高于其他3组;(4)断奶第10天,添加1.5%谷朊粉酶解物组血清lg A的含量显著高于其他3组;(5)断奶第21天,添加1.5%谷朊粉酶解物组的十二指肠绒毛高度最长,分别比对照组和血浆蛋白粉组长29.0%和21.4%,而隐窝深度相反,分别比对照组和血浆蛋白粉组短21.1%和23.8%。The aim of this trial was to study the effects of wheat gluten enzyme hydrolysate(WGEH) on the serum biochemical index, immunity and intestine development. 108 crossbred Duroc× Landrace× Largewhite weanling piglets with body weight(8.08± 0.36)kg were randomly allocated to 4 treatments and fed with basal diet(control group),plasma protein diet,1.5%and 3% WGEH diet for 21 days,respectively. Each treatment had 3 replicates and each replicate had 9 piglets. The results showed that:(1)Serum total protein and globulin of 1.5% WGEH diet group were higher than the other 3 groups,but the difference was not significant;(2)After weaned 21 days, serum GSH-Px and SOD activity of WGEH diets groups were significantly higher than control group and plasma protein group;(3) Content of serum T3 of control group and plasma protein group was significantly higher than that of 3% WGEH group by 12.4% and 12.1% after weaned 21 days,while IGF-1 of plasma protein group was significantly higher than the other 3 groups;(4)Serum lg A of 1.5% WGEH group was significantly higher than the other 3 groups in 10 days after weaned;(5)After 21 days of weaned, duodenum villus height of 1.5%WGEH group was the longest, which was higher than control group and plasma protein group by 29.0% and 21.4%(P0.05),respectively. But the crypt depth was contrast, it was lower than control group and plasma protein group by 21.1% and23.8%(P0.05),respectively.
