成熟型资源城市转型与服务业发展路径研究——以江西省德兴市为例

摘　　要：作为重要的铜矿后备基地和资源成熟型城市的代表,江西省德兴市的产业与城市转型发展面临着多重机遇与挑战,通过服务业基准指标测算,综合分析德兴市资源概况与区位条件及其产业转型的优势与困境,得出了德兴市面向服务业转型的路径,构建了德兴市的服务业体系,进一步指出了德兴市向服务业转型发展的保障机制,以期对中国其他资源成熟型城市的产业转型和服务业总体规划有一定的借鉴意义。As an important copper reserve base and a typical mature resource city, the development of city and industrial transformation in Dexing city of Jiangxi province is facing multiple challenges and opportunities. Measuring by key evaluation indexes, and through the comprehensive analysis of general situation and location of resource s in Dexing city,as well as strengths and difficulties faced by industrial transformation, the path for transformation of Dexing city to service industry was pointed out, and a service industrial system was built. The guarantee mechanism for transformation of Dexing city to service industry was then established,which might have certain implication for the industrial transformation and overall service industrial plans of other mature resource cities in China.
