绿玉树化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的对绿玉树Euphorbia tirucalli L.地上部分醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、半制备液相色谱等方法对化合物进行分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质及波谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果与结论共分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别鉴定为16β,17-二羟基-对映-贝壳杉烷-3-酮（1）、16β,17-二羟基-对映-阿替森烷-3-酮（2）、1-（2,4,6-三甲氧基苯基）乙酮（3）、丁香醛（4）、丁香酸（5）、没食子酸（6）、原儿茶酸（7）、香草酸（8）、藜芦酸（9）、4-甲氧基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（10）、对苯二酚-双-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（11）、rengyolone（12）、地芰普内酯（13）、martianian（14）、松脂醇（15）、槲皮素3-O-β-D-鼠李糖苷（16）。化合物类型包括二萜、黄酮、木脂素、蒽醌、酚酸等。其中,化合物11为一个新天然产物。化合物1,2,5,7~9,10,13~15为从绿玉树中首次分离得到。To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia tirucalli L.,the aerial parts of this plant were extracted with 95% ethanol and the constituents were separated and purified by silica gel,ODS column chromatography,and semipreparative HPLC.Sixteen compounds were identified on the basis of spectrosco-pic data as 16β,17-dihydroxy-ent-kauran-3-one（1）,16β,17-dihydroxy-ent-atisan-3-one（2）,1-（2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl） ethanone（3）,syringaldehyde（4）,syringic acid（5）,gallic acid（6）,protocatechuic acid（7）,vanilloid（8）,veratrum acid（9）,4-methoxyphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（10）,p-dioxybenzene-bisO-β-D-glucopyranoside（11）,rengyolone（12）,loliolide（13）,martianian（14）,pinoresinol（15）,quercetin-3-O-β-D-rhamnoside（16）.Among them,compound 11 is a newnatural product,compounds 1,2,5,7-9,10,and 13-15 were firstly isolated from E.tirucalli L.
