摘 要:以自制淀粉基抗静电剂为主,采用熔融共混法制备了抗静电聚丙烯(PP)材料,并通过高阻仪对比研究了非离子型抗静电剂、离子型抗静电剂及无机盐单一和复配后对PP制品抗静电效果的影响。结果表明,淀粉基抗静电剂与离子型抗静电剂复配后起到协同抗静电作用;淀粉基抗静电剂单一改性PP制品的抗静电效果及其耐久性能最好。A starch-based antistatic agent was first prepared, and then the antistatic po[ypropylene (PP) compounds were prepared by melt-blending of PP with the antistatic agent. The effects of the antistatic agent on the surface resistivity of PVC compounds were investigated when being used individually or combined with non-ionic antistatic agent, ionic antistatic agent and inorganic salt. The results indicated that the combination of the starch-based antistatic agent with the ionic antistatic agent could lead to a synergistic effect on PP and thus resulted in excellent antistatic performance and durability.
