增塑剂BBP和DBS在不同温度下的热降解行为研究

摘  要:采用裂解气相色谱-质谱法研究了在氦气环境下邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)和癸二酸二丁酯(DBS)2种增塑剂在不同温度(500~700℃)下的热降解行为,并根据主要裂解产物及其相对含量的变化对BBP和DBS的裂解机理进行了探讨。结果表明,在较低温度时,BBP主要裂解产物为2-丁烯、苯甲醇、邻苯二甲酸酐及苯甲酸苄酯等;DBS为2-丁烯、环壬酮及癸二酸等。The thermal decomposition behaviors of benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) and dibutyl sebacate (DBS) were investigated by pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py/GC- MS) in the temperature range of 500~700 ~C under a helium atmosphere. The results indicated that the major pyro|ysates of BBP were 2-butylene, benzyl alcoh01, o-phthalic anhydride and benzyl benzoate, whereas the major ones for DBS were 2-butylene, cyclononanone and sebacic acid. The pyrolysis mechanisms of BBP and DBS were presented on the basis of these pyrolysates as well as the relevant variation of their concentrations. This study provides an important means for optimization of the thermal degradation condition of waste plastics containing different plasticizers.
